Option B We pick up: We'll arrange a free pickup from your delivery address. Udumalpet same-day; other cities within 12 days.
Refund Issued
Once we receive the item, your refund is processed in 35 business days to your original payment method. You'll get a WhatsApp confirmation.

7-Day Return Window
Return any item within 7 days of delivery for any reason size mismatch, change of mind, or quality concern. Item must be unused, unwashed, and tags intact.
Defective Items
Received something damaged or defective? Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll replace or refund immediately no return shipment needed.
Free Exchanges
Prefer a different size or colour? We offer free exchanges within 7 days, subject to stock. WhatsApp us first to confirm availability before returning.
Order Cancellation
Cancel within 2 hours of payment before dispatch. WhatsApp us your order number immediately. Once dispatched, the 7-day return policy applies.
Refund Timeline
Refunds processed in 35 business days after we receive the item. Returned to your original payment method UPI, card, or net banking.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been washed, worn, or had tags removed cannot be returned unless defective. Custom-printed or personalised items are final sale unless we erred.
